Yes, all authentic Orient watches come with a one-year limited international warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for watches?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are Orient watches water-resistant?
Most Orient models feature water resistance ranging from 30m to 200m. Please check the specific atmospheric pressure (BAR) rating on your watch's case back before exposing it to water.
Do I need to replace the battery in my Orient watch?
Orient is famous for its mechanical and automatic movements, which are powered by the motion of your wrist and do not require batteries. However, our quartz models will require a battery replacement every 2-3 years.
