At Orient Watch, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective tags attached to ensure eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
